Data security, account verification and your rights

Identity verification

When you register, we collect your name, email, phone and ID details. Before your first withdrawal, we confirm your identity through a one-time SMS code and cross-check your bank account holder name against your registration profile.

Payment security

All DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are encrypted end-to-end. We do not store your payment credentials; our processor handles them securely. Deposits appear in your wallet immediately; withdrawals are verified and sent within 24 hours.

Data retention & cookies

We keep your account data for the life of your account plus 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. Cookies on your device track your gameplay session only; we do not sell personal data to third parties or share it beyond payment and legal compliance.

Account access & changes

Account closure & withdrawal

You may close your account at any time via Settings > Account > Close Account. Any remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; a new registration creates a fresh account.

No. Our terms strictly prohibit multi-accounting. If we detect duplicate accounts from the same person, we close all of them and may forfeit any balances. We verify identity at registration and withdrawal, so it's not possible to hide a second account. One player, one account.

Giving false name, email or ID details breaches our terms. We may suspend your account pending verification or close it permanently. Any funds in your wallet may be frozen during investigation. Always register with your real legal name and current contact details to avoid this.

You can deposit and play immediately after registration. However, to withdraw funds, you must complete identity verification, which takes up to 2 hours. We send an SMS code to your registered phone; reply with the code and we confirm your details. Once verified, withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS process within 24 hours.

If a deposit from DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS did not reach your wallet, contact [email protected] within 24 hours with your transaction receipt. We trace it with our payment processor and credit your account or refund the money. For gameplay disputes, we check the game log and respond within 7 days.

Yes, you can update both in Settings > Account > Contact Details. You'll receive a verification code at your current email. Enter the code to confirm the change. Your new email and phone become your recovery and deposit-notification contacts immediately.

We use your data to process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with tax law. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored on encrypted servers and retained for 7 years after account closure for legal and audit purposes, where local law permits.

When you close your account via Settings, any remaining wallet balance is returned to your registered deposit method within 3 business days. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers typically arrive within minutes. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; you must register fresh if you return.
